The KickMaker from Teragon Audio is a synthesizer designed specifically to create good kick drum sounds. It uses four independent oscillators and a wide range of effects, allowing you to create perfectly customized beats.

You’re not going to get an Andy Sneap-type kick out of this, but if you want to come up with your own individual sounds, the KickMaker is an interesting place to start.
